Do you still send quotes?
Only when the order is outside the standard packs: usually 101+ people, multi-address shipping, a custom product mix, or a full company store. Quotes are written and sent by email.
When does production start?
Production starts after the final proof is approved and payment or approved invoice/PO terms are confirmed.
Can we use a PO or invoice?
Yes. You can request an invoice/PO path instead of card checkout. Add the AP email, PO number if you have one, billing details, and any tax-exempt instructions in the request.
Can we cancel?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund before approving the final proof. After proof approval, production begins and cancellations are limited to production errors, defects, or support review.
Can you use our logo?
Yes, if you provide or authorize the logo file. If the approved file is not ready, start with a team-name design and send the logo before final proof approval.
