Proof approval policy

Every standard kit receives a digital proof by email before production. The proof shows design direction, placement, kit contents, quantity, and approval instructions.

Nothing prints until the final proof is approved by email.

You can request edits before approval. You can cancel for a full refund before approving the final proof. After proof approval, production begins and cancellations are limited to defects, production errors, or support review.

Logo and name use

We only print logos, marks, or official artwork that you provide or authorize. If you do not have an approved logo ready, start with a team-name design and send approved logo art before final proof approval.
